Glenageary Montessori School is a small friendly school situation between Sandycove/Dalkey/Glenageary

We run a morning Montessori group, children aged 2.5 to 5 years.

Mission Statement

Guided by the Montessori Philosophy, our mission is to provide a caring school community that nurtures every childs natural curiosity for learning and supports full developments of accademic, social, artistic, physical and life skills.

The school has four class rooms:

•Class I: Caters for children 2 1/2 – 3 years, Hours: 9 – 12.30
•Class II-III: Caters for children 3 1/2 years +, Hours 9 – 1
•Class IV: Catering for children 4 years +, Hours 9 – 2

All the class teachers are fully qualified and hold degrees in montessori. Class room assistants would be studying montessori. Throughout our school year we would have various assistants on work experience. Every September we welcome four students from a kindergarden in Linz Austria who come to gain experience in our school.
