Dear Janie, as you know I live in the US but spend a lot of time in Ireland. I recently bought an apartment in Belfast, and have been furnishing it mostly at long distance--not an easy thing to do. I have had nothing but enthusiastic help and efficiency in my dealings with you and your company. I found many things to admire when I first visited your delightful showroom in Dalkey, and the care and thoughtfulness with which you have dealt with my orders have been wonderful. Most recently, for example, you yourself delivered a couple of dining chairs to my niece's home one evening, so that she might bring them north to me in time for Christmas. Having had several miserable experiences with very large companies, I can really appreciate the personal care you offer your clients.
