To whom it may concern,
We engaged Berea Construction to organise building and renovation works at our home in Killiney, over the past few months. This work was extensive and involved almost complete clear out and demolition of internal structures, rebuild and refurbishment. It also included the building of new structures and incorporating them into the existing shell.
Throughout the build process we were regularly kept fully up to date on construction and budgetary progress, and always felt comfortable with timelines for project decisions on materials and evolving building needs.
We found the contractors and management to be very professional throughout the build, and the level of workmanship and finish to be superb.
